get your flu shot!
According to my one of my clinical teachers it consists of three viruses. Well the important thing to know is that it takes less than a second to do, and it will be good for you in the longrun. Only not so good part is that after you get it, it feels like someone punched you in the arm 15 times. yaaaaaah!
